Information: Make Hotel reservations under the group name
Chaplain Fellowship Ministries.
Group Room Rates: $70.00 for Double or King. The rooms
last year were nice, this year the rooms are wonderful. The rooms
have been remodeled with new carpet and flat screen televisions.

Conference
Agenda:
Friday September 12th at 4:00 p.m. Conference Registration: Registration
table will be set up in the Lobby. Everyone will need to stop
by and get a name tag and a Conference Registration Packet. This
will also give you an opportunity to have a relaxed, informal
talk with members and directors attending the conference.
Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. CFMI annual board meeting. Corporate
and State Directors will be holding our annual board meeting in
the executive boardroom on the main floor.
NOTE: The Wingate Inn has given us Suite # 201 for our
members who would like to display their books, etc.
1. Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. in Conference Room

3. Chaplain Sonny Fox from California - 10: am to 11:am
- Deputy Chief Director of Motor Sports Ministries. President
and CEO of Team POSSIBILITIES. Chaplain Fox will be speaking on
his video series Jesus and You.
4. Chaplain Russell Farmer from California - 11:
am to 12: am - Deputy Chief Director of Motorcycle Ministry. Founder
and President of Chaplain Fellowship Motorcycle Ministries. Chaplain
Farmer will be speaking on and the do's and don't in Motorcycle
Ministry.

Chaplain Steve Neatherlin from Texas - 1:30 to 2:30
pm - Deputy Chief Director of Drug Rehab Programs. Founder and
President of the Humble House Crisis Ministries. One of the men
going through the program and living at the Humble House will
also be speaking this year.

Chaplain Thomas Mayfield from Michigan - 2:30 to 3:30
pm - Chaplain Mayfield spent 7 years as an Investigator for the
Medical Examiner's Office in St. Paul as clinical grief counseling
experience for Seminary. He will be discussing his experiences
and what should be expect in dealing with homicides, suicides,
infant death, alcohol related deaths.

Chaplain James Moore From Texas - 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm -
Chaplain Moore will be speaking on faith based Emotional Freedom
Techniques.

Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A,
Chaplains Lewis and Delores Goode will be singing, their
music will be a blessing to everyone. Lewis and Delores have a
very blessed and powerful music ministry, everyone loved their
music last year. Chaplain Steve Neatherlin and one of the
men living at the Humble House will also be singing this year.
Chaplains Lewis Goode, Delores Goode and Chaplain Steve Neatherlin
are from Texas.
8. Sunday morning Worship Services, Start at 9:00 a.m in
Conference Room A, Sunday mornings are dedicated to
gathering as a body of believers to worship, fellowship, and grow
in Christ both as a chaplaincy and individually.
Lets
make this year one to remember in fellowship.
Important:
Dr. Francis needs to know approximately how many will be coming
to Oklahoma City for our Chaplain Convention, so he can inform
the Hotel Representatives on how many rooms to reserve and for
seating at the convention. It is very important that everyone
