are looking forward to seeing everyone this year at the 2011 conference
in Temple Texas. Sign in begins at 8:am on the morning of the 6th.
There
will be a twenty five dollar registration at the door this year.

NOTE: We are only providing transportation for members
who are flying into Killeen Texas. Please contact Tracy at the home
office with your flight information so we can arrange to have you

Thursday
morning the 6th:
There will be 10 minute breaks between training classes.
8:am
to 9: am - Everyone will be signing in at the door before entering
the conference room.
9:am
to 10:am - Awards presentation, promotions and appointments. There
will also be a drawing again this year.
10:am
to 12:pm - Chaplain Dave Fair will be giving a presentation on Disaster
Preparation and Response.
12: pm
to 2:pm - Break
for lunch, the humble house will be providing the ministry van again
this year for everyone needing rides.
2:pm to 2:50 pm - Chaplain Larry Todd will be giving a presentation
on funeral rituals and grief.
3:pm to
3:50 pm - Chaplain Skip Straus will be giving a presentation of
death notification.
4:pm to 4:50 pm - Chaplain Gibson speaking on the new disaster response
certification program
5:pm to
5:50 pm - Chaplain Steve Neatherlin will be giving a presentation
on Faith based alcohol and drug rehab.
7:pm
to 8:pm - Leadership Meeting: Ministry Officers, Directors, Master
Chiefs, Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs will be attending the leadership
meeting.
Friday
Morning the 7th:
9:am to ?: - Formal ordination ceremonies will be held in the conference
room. Chaplain Curtis, and Chaplain Charles Popovich from New York
will be performing the ceremony again this year. All
members are welcome to join in!
Friday
morning and afternoon have also been set aside for fellowship. Chaplain
Gibson, Chaplain Francis and staff members will also be available
to speak with members.
