Donor Privacy Policy: Chaplain Fellowship Ministries does hereby guarantee that we will not give, share,sell or trade our donors' personal or contact information with any other ministry, church, business, person or persons. Furthermore Chaplain Fellowship Ministries does guarantee that no donor information will be stored or kept in any computer used to gain access to the internet or where it may be seen by the public at large.

Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc. never has, and never will trade, sale or share mailing lists with any other ministry, church, business, person or persons. Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc. will not divulge any information regarding our donors to any other ministry, church, business, person or persons. Chaplain Fellowship Ministries does not bother our donors by sending solicitations in the mail or by telephone. We leave it to our Lord to send those who help support His work in His ministry.

Advice to our Members and Donors: If you donate to a public charity be sure they demonstrate a commitment to your privacy. Make sure they have a donor privacy policy in place that states it will not share, sell or trade your personal information period. Public Charities should have their donor privacy policy prominently displayed on their websites. If they claim to be a 501 (c) 3 public Charity. they are required by the IRS to have their 501 (c) 3 determination letter prominently displayed for public inspection on their web site.
