Chaplain Don Gibson & Chaplain Dave Fair
Chaplain Fair presented Chaplain Gibson with the Louisiana Public Health certificate they had to keep displayed in one of the ambulances they used in New Orleans during Katrina. Chaplain Fair said they just wanted Chaplain Gibson to know he was always there with them in spirit and wanted him to have the certificate. Chaplain Fair and Chaplain Gibson have been close friends for years.
